I'll try what you said for the prisoner checkpoint but it does mark most of them but some don't
- Make sure that search targets must move through checkpoint tile itself or as close to it as possible.
- Try placing floors with slowing effect around checkpoint. With movement speed modifiers prisoners may move too fast for checkpoint to notice them.
Also, the delivery checkpoint doesn't mark boxes for search and contraband can still be brought in through those. I'm talking about the crate things that objects are in.
Maybe an issue on the games end when I have a mod like this enabled, not the game at all times.
No idea what is going on with your icon issue, but it likely has nothing to do with this mod.
