Description

Scales aiming time with shooting skill, consciousness, sight, and manipulation.

The change in scaling in relation to shooting skill is defined as the following

0 Skill - 2.0x
1 Skill - 1.5x
2 Skill - 1.4x
3 Skill - 1.3x
4 Skill - 1.2x
5 Skill - 1.1x
6 Skill - 1.0x
7 Skill - 0.95x
8 Skill - 0.90x
9 Skill - 0.85x
10 Skill - 0.80x
11 Skill - 0.75x
12 Skill - 0.7x
13 Skill - 0.65x
14 Skill - 0.625x
15 Skill - 0.60x
16 Skill - 0.58x
17 Skill - 0.56x
18 Skill - 0.54x
19 Skill - 0.52x
20 Skill - 0.5x

Skill levels 0-5 will have aiming rates lower than vanilla.
Skill level 6 is equivalent to vanilla.
Skill levels 7-20 are faster than vanilla, up to a maximum of aiming twice as fast at 20 skill.

@Lurmey - CE is well-known for breaking any mod that deals with guns and combat. If you have to wonder whether or not something is compatible with CE, chances are the answer is no. My guess is CE is the reason you're getting those errors.

If you have another mod then any of your reports of it not working will be in error, you have to have 1.5 without mods.

This mod is not 100% working in 1.5. I'm not sure why Mlie has marked it so. Causes errors in log. Possibly conflict with another mod, CE likely, don't have time to check.
