Description

Having focused on New York for quite a while, I decided to shift my focus away from NYC for some time. I want to focus on buildings that are a little more generic, cuz I think there's a lack of office buildings in the workshop. This is the One Union Square building in Seattle. I changed the base a little bit, so it can be plotted on a flat surface. I also designed a seperate base for the building, which I'll publish in a few days. At the same time, I'll be working on some of the New York buildings too, stay tuned.

The building requires Addictive Shader to function at night, so make sure you are suscrbied. The item is called ous, and should be in the Unique Building catagory.

At night the windows go dark from a distance due to the LOD not being great, only when close can you see the windows having light. Can you try and fix this please,

There's no door in the front, but there's a door in the back. Is it reversed

This looks really nice, but 34 megs for a single building is a bit insane. What's the tri-count like? And what texture size are you using?

So... I'm seeing both 1201 Third (WaMu Tower) and the Wells Fargo Tower. As a Seattleite, I gotta know WHEN ARE THOSE GONNA BE RELEASED!?!? I need them in my life, Man!
