Cyberpunk Neon Dragon Building

Description
Cyberpunk Neon Building. This build has 6 shops and 3 staff rooms. The signs on the building contain shout outs to a few friends in the community.

To get the most from this blueprint you really need to download the billboards and movie files from: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1oVj-YNJui4C4Mrpbc3elVOHSlCBBW2bq .
Install the files in C:\Documents\Frontier Developments\Planet Coaster\UserMedia.
