(Slow durations doubled, slow percentage doubled, attack slows doubled, attack projectile speeds cut in half (not abilities), AOE of slows doubled, vision AOEs doubled if the slow gives vision, if slow steals movement speed, the movement speed gain is also doubled.)

Ice Vortex, Chilling touch, and sticky napalm have 2x cast range.

Slows include abilities and items, but not slows from neutral creeps

Some heroes are stronger than others.
