Hailstorm Hover-Cruiser

The Hailstorm Hover-Cruiser is relativly slow speed and not designed to reach high altitudes, but possess the "Hailstrorm" laser weapons system, a revolutionary momentum conserver, a standered issue altitude-loss minamizer, and a unique anti-flipping system which dosen't pose the lack of turning that most other do. The controls are not revolutionary or arcane, but an explanation is still in order. W, A, D, SPACE, LMB.
This requires wiremod to work.
