Nanu's Chaos Redone II

Description
This is the new and improved version of my original Chaos Mod. Which I don't feel like updating anymore cus the launcher won't let me and I'm tired of trying to get it to work.

This mod puts Chaos on steroids. Seriously, they're brutal. All units have been reworked.

Chaos Warriors and Chosen have been buffed to more match their actual combat prowess, their numbers have been reduced accordingly. No longer will Maruader Champions, who are aspiring Chaos Warriors, outperform Chaos Warriors.

Chaos also now has access to their own variant of Marauder Champions, with Great Weapons or traditional sword and board. They also get Chaos Dragons now, cus dragons are neat.

All chaos infantry and lords have been given combat abilities to increase their effectiveness, modeled off of the Norsca Rage mechanic.

Chaos Invasion will happen sooner and be much harder to fend off. The initial waves will consist of Marauders and Chaos Warriors, and they'll give you a good fight before Archy, Siggy, Kholek, and the Everchicken (Tzeentch's Mean Girls) show up with Chosen and Chaos Knights.

Oh and all Chaos Infantry have officers now. They're beefier than the normal troops and make them look a lot cooler, not that you'll notice because you'll be too busy getting your teeth kicked in.

This mod is fully compatible with Dryrains mods and the Gates of Chaos mod.

Are you going to port this and some of your other mods to Wh3 as well?

Really liked how the chaos warrior with this mod felt and have been missing it greatly.

You are probably waiting for the chaos warrios rework before doing any work there?

Bug report here. Both the warshrine mammoths and the Tzeentch aspiring champions cannot currently be recruited as they require the building "Altar of the Bloodfathers," which is a Norsca building that Chaos hordes cannot construct.

Regardless, I decided to go at it by making Corruption actually do something to the AI. This will enable Isabella(who's only passable LL next to Vlad), Pestilens and such - might even give an unique playstyle to Harkon! Vary the game.

For corruption I decided to use "Corruption Matters" and for Chaos, I decided to use "Bring Ruin" with a mod that removes movement requirement for Camp. Still, thanks for Tides.

Did you just...? Do Tides work fine currently? That's Nakai playstyle, one of playstyles I've been advocating for Warriors of Chaos! And one of my favorite playstyles, when it works! The only problem might be how it interacts with Victory Conditions(Raze 50 Settlements).

I would get Gates of Chaos and Tides of Chaos for that, both are bandaids to the actual problem but do improve the campaign experience for both Chaos and factions fighting Chaos

Yes, the on Battlefield experience of CW is very nice with your mod. Should I want anything else, I can simply combine mods. So, within the scope of your mod, great job!

(As for Norsca, this is exactly why I always like to keep it separate from Chaos itself...maybe Berserkers or such, but Norsca itself, meh, had an entire kingdom akin to Sweden or something back in the days...Kurgan and Hung can also be made unto factions of their own ; CW should be Heavy Metal Knights + evul. Honestly? I don't think Fantasy needs an equivalent of CSM, but that's a whole another topic - at the very least, Awakening should serve some purpose - currently Moulder is more valuable than your vassals lol!)

LIke I said berserkers not being recruitable is definitely a bug, I'm looking into it now. I'm not really looking to add any new functionality to this mod either, the Aspiring Champions update is the last addition I made and I think the mod is in a good place with that, at least until Chaos and Norsca get overhauled in game 3.

As for Norsca, its a mess tbh thats something CA needs to tackle, I don't think a modder is able to fix that faction. It needs a full overhaul its severely outdated and just not fun to play in Mortal Empires.

What about zerks? Also, do you have any thoughts on the "Awaken the Tribes" part? Also, what are your thoughts about how your mod impacts Norsca?
