I had been using a simple mod that removes max mop limit but it stopped working so I tried yours and noticed a couple of things, if u feel like they're worth doing?
- Some liquids fill more than 1000kg in a tile, and the deeper they are, the greater pressure (over 1000kg), so maybe the config option needs to go higher than 1000kg limit
- Might it be possible to auto-mop every 2nd tile? or 3rd tile? It's not necessary to mop every tile, because the 1 tile left and right of the dupe also suck in liquids as they mop.
Mopping each 2 tiles ensures all liquids are taken, and each 3 tiles is most time-efficient, with occasional tiny puddle of a few grams left over.

For test this you can make a 16 tiles width, then put a liquid valve to release a very small liquid to floor and try to mop the floor. Sometime you can reproduce this strange things. Then Save the Game, Reload and voila they are superfast, reload again, superslow.
This happens about 1 times of 10 times I have to mop something very small.... and if the left tile is clean, in mop slow, the left become wet, maybe because they are superslow and liquid continue to expand also if they are mopping.
P.S: I can try to record a video for this thing.... when happens again!.
If I tell to mop where a liquid is 800kg they are related fast to mopping.
If I tell to mop where a liquid is very poor, sometime they get slow and stucked to the same tiles, obvious because at left or right more liquid coming out (example when you destroy a tile and a invasion of liquid begin). But this not happens all the times.
If they have to mop 64 tiles with small liquid, sometime they are fast like a rocket, sometime they are slow, not matter if the invasion is again in progress.
The Strange things is this: One time this happens before a new cycle begin... so I have the oppurtunity to reload the save 10sec previous and they are superfast, reload? superfast, reload? superslow!.
Not know why.... but is also a rare thing to reproduce.
