Tweak's Logitech G29 Setup

Description
Same as in F1 2018. Setup to be realistic and mirror ingame wheel movements from first person. Left hand + and - control ERS, red spinning wheel controls fuel modes (left down, right up). The Enter button on the red spinning wheel will also quick access car damage in the MFD.

@GooD_Night I know this is an old comment but i've seen most people recommend 360, haven't tried it myself yet

@GooD_Night if your talking about in the Logitech software, i dont have that option since i use a older version due to driver conflicts. Default is best guess.
