Angry Hobo SWEP

Allows hobos to express their frustration at being kicked to the curb by society. Left click to pelt your target with smelly boots and right click to scream obscenities, press r to pull out another boot (this is cosmetic and first person only, you can still throw even when you don't visibly have a boot in your hands). This is designed with DarkRP in mind though it will work in any other game mode.
