Mina - Heavy cruiser

Heavy Cruiser MINA (no mods)

Mina is a halo inspired, long range operation basis, with
-large production facilitys,
-6 refinerys,
-hangar capacity for 16 small fighters/utilitysmallships in the main bellyhangar
-each Vehicle in the mainhangar is deployable at the same moment
- a larger doored security hangar in the back, for larger shuttles, and vehicle construction
-Crewcapacity for well over 200 crewmembers and marines
-2 seperate medical bays, in the heavier armored parts of the ship
- enormous H2 storing capacites as well as production
- an elaborate Section system to keep the nondamaged compartments pressurised even when the ship has taken heavy
hits
- an additional fronthangar for droppods
-a lot of yet unsused space for further facitlitysor additional hangar storage in the fornt section.
-multistage armor, consisting of spaced armor, heavy armor, and layered armor.
- the citadelle in the heart of the ship, is shielded with up to 8 meters of armor in total from direkt damage.
-8 large reactors giving the ship a high degree of redundancy aswell as an array of batterys in the front
-the main H2 Engines are complimented with emergency Ion thrusters, making it possible to reach asteroids to refuel
the main propulsion system
-a large number of automated turrets providing cover for the launching and recovering of launched fighters
-an additional Control center in the very tip of the ship provides the Commanding officer a good but protected overview
over large scale operations coordinated by the Mina
- Powerfuljumpdrives making long jumps possible for this large vessel.


all of this makes the MINA suitable for her duty as a commanding vessel on long term, long range operations with unpredictable factors, supplying and coordinating the Gunships and frigates of the fleet or Squadroon, as well as providing point defence and fighter support to them, as well as her superior communication modules.

Gunships of the MJOLNIR-Class and the Corvettes of the Broadsword-Class are designed to work in tandem with the MINA, providing more maneuveribility and long range firepower, as well as the Ability to land troops and vehicles on Moons(Mjolnirclass) and planets(Broadswordclass).
