Stalingrad Redux

Description
NvC_DmN_CH's Stalingrad map updated so it works.

This map is too beautiful for it to be lying around doing nothing, so I made some fixes. Haven't heard from dev so I decided to just upload since it's been done for almost two months.

Things updated:
- fixed numerous graphical and some mapping issues
- added all 3 coop modes
- added navigation for bot support (obviously)

Please let me know of any issues you have. I take no credit for map design. As it stands MP modes are wonky I wouldn't recommend trying them.

somebody for the love of god contact the makers of the born to kill vietnam mod and ask them to make a russian weapons mod. they already have the mosin ppsh and tt-33

I know there was a mod in the works for it but it got abandoned so it'd be nice to see someone try their own version.
