Counter 4231

Use this when either playing home or weaker opponents.
You won't have high possession but will you play beautiful countering attacks with combination play.

Also remember to do the following during games.

Start:
General - Passioniately do this for the fans.
Invidiually - Passioniately I have faith.

Half Time:
If Winning - Don't Get Complacement
Losing/Drawing - Expect Better

Show Some Passion / Demand More Every 15 Minutes

Don't assign any member of your staff to do them - they're s**t at it.
Adapt it during the game - like when they sub a pacey striker on you don't want to tightly mark that player, but you might want to kick the s**t out of him.
Or if you notice a player causing you a lot of trouble during the match, might want to consider taking him out.
If you notice opposotion players are nervous closing down can be effective.
They're more useful against better teams in which you can use them to take out their attackers like the strikers and attacking midfielders.
Marking positions often work better than marking the player.

I let my AM do the general training
For indivual training I do the player's role and often specify an attribute they need to improve upon for that role.

WB - Runs with Ball Often / Runs Down the Wing / Hugs Line
BPD - Short Simple Passes
CM-S - Plays One-Twos / Gets Forward Whenever Possible
IF - Moves into Channels / Cuts Inside
AM - Gets Forward Whenever Possible / Plays One-Twos
ST - Gets Into Opposition Area / Plays One-Twos
