Another Gun Mod

This mod adds a new line of craftable guns to Starbound.

The guns themselves are essentially a burst fire sniper rifle, allowing you to put out a lot more damage in a shorter period of time than a vanilla sniper rifle of the same tier, but with the downside of running out of energy much faster.

The weapons are ideal for boss killing, as they can deal ridiculous amounts of single target damage very quickly.



1. Iron Cannon
No prequisites to craft.
Crafted at the basic anvil using 8 iron bars and 10 timber.

2. Tungsten Cannon
Learned upon crafting the Iron Cannon.
Crafted at the basic anvil using 8 tungsten bars and 4 copper bars.

3. Titanium Cannon
Learned upon crafting the Tungsten Cannon.
Crafted at a forge using 8 titanium bars, 4 iron bars and 2 copper bars.

4. Durasteel Cannon
Learned upon crafting the Titanium Cannon.
Crafted at a replicator using 10 durasteel bars, 4 titanium bars and 2 copper bars.

5. Aegisalt Cannon
Learned upon crafting the Durasteel Cannon.
Crafted at a replicator with an accelerator addon using 10 refined aegisalt, 2 silicon boards and 4 copper wire.


The sprites are based heavily on the "pieces" used to make some of the different kinds of randomly generated weapons already in the base game.
