Immersive Galaxy - Astronomical Objects, Quadrant

Description
REQUIRE HIGH GRAPHICS QUALITY TO WORK
WORKS AS ADDON OR STANDALONE

This addon brings the cosmic quadrant in your galaxy view.
The quadrant consist of 4 circles rotating slowly around the galactic core, demarcating 4 different areas:
- The deep core, uninhabitable and hostile area.
- The outer core, where life can thrive, but is still very much in the core area.
- The inner rim, as star density gets lower, we enter the rim area, that's where the sun would be.
- The outer rim, the remote area where stars slowly give ground to cold empty space. This area is empty for any galaxy < 600 stars.
The quadrant also comes with some measurement, from 0 to 20 kpc (kiloparsec). A 1000 stars galaxy is around 40 kiloparsec in diameter, which a bit larger than our own milky way (~35 kpc), while a 400 stars will be less than 30 kpc.

The original mod is no longer required, but recommended:

Achievment compatible.

Compatible with any mod that does not alter the "default_galaxy_center_entity".

KNOWN BUGS :
- Every time a portrait is active on screen when player is on galaxy view, the entities incorporated by this mod disappear. This include tabs such as governement/contact/sectors, and fleets with leaders, such as military or science ships. Closing the tab/fleet resolve the issue.
- Opening the ship designer in galaxy view make animated parts of the mod (galactic core, companion galaxies, quadrant) to spin VERY fast. Closing it resolve the issue.

  • 1.0.1:
    - Fixed missing texture.
    - Quadrant & L cluster can now be used as standalone, although they'll give some (harmless) warnings in the log.

I have done what I can redo the mod for modern Stellaris.
Thank you Dwaine for the amazing mod from almost six years ago.

For those saying this mod no longer works, it does, but it is incompatible with certain mods. Real Space - Colour out of Deep is the one for me that it's incompatible with. But to be clear, it does work.

As of 2.7, this and the other astronomical objects mods do not work. I have noticed that when I open the ship builder it still shows like normal (except that its spinning at 100 mph). Also, when I tell any ship to move to a new system the graphics show up but they are horribly disfigured and the colors are way off.

Moe Mod Compilation
Greetings, And thank you for the creation of this awesome mod! I love it and wish to keep playing with it. However I have a request. After the recent Megacorp update I feel as though the game went a poor direction design wise. Portrait sizes are to small and many other things. As such I am playing with version 2.1.3 before the update. If possible can I have access to the mod version that supports V 2.1.3? I have a “Moe Mod Compilation” That it is apart of that I wish to keep playing with. Thank you for your time and consideration! “ Mod Compilation link https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1526656277
