Zen Series The Phoenician Spa & Resort Modern Hotel Skin

Description
Here is a hotel skin I built with the new Hotel tools. I've named it The Phoenician Spa & Resort. It is a large resort built in a modern style that features Room Service, a Restaurant, Internet Access, a Spa, Gym, and even an Arcade! Will fit in perfectly with a lot of different styles. Your park needs this hotel... Trust me.

The hotel has 100 rooms. 55 of them are standard rooms and 45 of them are luxury rooms. It has a 100% scenery boost and a 4 star rating. This can be raised to 5 stars with more scenery, but I am already at the 4k piece blueprint size limit. Wish they would raise it just a bit more!

Be sure to service this building often because as the rooms get dirty and don't get cleaned you will lose prestige on it.

Many thanks @SmileTime! I based the design off of a phoenix. The center tower represents the neck and head with each side of the structure repping the wings. Makes me feel good that you used the word "alive" when that was exactly what I was going for!!!
