I can't confirm if these are all the locations, but I have found 56 locations in 33* different tiles
So far, I've done 38 consecutive missions without a new location

You know what's ironic? I was really banging my head against the wall trying to figure out the last cache location during a run and finally gave in and searched online in the hopes that MAYBE someone made a good guide. Well, I found my way here; and the ironic part? It was Room 21 under Bridges; THE ROOM I WAS IN WHEN I WENT TO GOOGLE!!

Are you talking about this tile?
I was not able to find any lights at the top of the doors, perhaps there was another tile in the map above and you were seeing loot there.

On the exterminate mission in the hall that has a plant in the middle on one side of a round wall and it has a door behind you if you're looking at the plant a tall door then there's two hallways one on either side you go around and then there'll be two doors you can get to through either one of those hallways left or right but all the way around the other side there's another tall door if you're looking at that tall door your back would be to the circularish wall that had the plant going up the other side it's basically a circular room with a big wall in the middle I guess I'm not sure what shape to call it but you have to go around to get to either tall door but you can make a complete circle in this Hall anyways sometimes one of those tall doors has a red light at the top and you can see on the map that there is boxes loot on the other side how do you unlock that door if you've ever seen it

Hihi! Dont know if you're still keeping track of this guide but if you are theres another tile set that has cache spawns. The "umbra room" (the one where you finally win when you fight him on lua as your operator). I've found caches on the edge of that room in little side rooms.

I can confirm that these are indeed the set spawn locations for Lua. I have found all three caches in these locations more then once as I do repeated Lua missions (mainly Plato). The Void/Orokin cache locations you posted as well are also correct, I can confirm those too. :)
