Use OpenXCOM with one of the nightlies, it'll let you play the game normally.

I tried running it through windows but after a few tries, the disc broke. Wonder if I can get a refund.

yeah i can't seem to run it in windows either. every time i try the computer disappears

OH THATS WHY! Kids in chess club always reload to dos to run it. I just did what everyone else did.

Wonder if OP knew about OpenXCOM.
Either way, I wouldn't recommend running through windows. Safety glass can pop out and you'll be left free-falling.

I tried to run it through windows too... and it literally fell from 4-story building... Now I have a wrecked PC guys...

I tried to run it through windows.... couldn't do it. not enough memory. Maybe in another 50 years we'll be able to do it...?
