Read this before subscribing
I do not include textures anymore, there are too many of them since jungle inferno. Instead each model have 10 placeholder texture.
Before using this, it is recommended to copy the folder <SteamApps>\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\materials\models\decorated\ to <SteamApps>\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\materials\models\decorated\

Okay, then where do I get the texture from ?
Visit https://weapons.tf/, select your war paint and save your texture. Simple as that. For high quality texture use https://weapons.tf/?textureSize=2048

Where should I save the texture ?
Overwrite any vtf in <SteamApps>\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\materials\models\decorated\weaponname\ (change usermod to workshop if you didn't copy the folder)


How do I use the model
Add the model like any model and select material 10 to 19

Nvm, I figured it out.

I have put in warpaints on certain decorated weapons, but when I select the right model for them they are still white, even though that the vtf file texture is 4MB, but the model I selected is still white, any possible fix on what's going on? I have not found anything regarding the issue I have.

I know you have to use the "c_" models, but is there a way to add them into the mercs hands

Hello, sorry if I couldn't find the answer if it's already there. I'd like to bring the specific seed of my weapon into SFM. I have the seed number noted down, and upon previewing it in loadout.tf, it displays correctly. However loadout.tf does not allow me to export the .vtf texture directly, and weapons.tf does not have any place to input a specific seed to the texture to export.
Is there any way to set the seed within weapons.tf or SFM so that it displays the desired one ?

You replaced the wrong textures then. White is the texture you need to replace.
