Alpine Town Mill

Description
An old Alpine town mill turned into a shopping center and food place for guests in your park. Has 4 store fronts 1 spot for an ATM and 2 places bellow for bathrooms and or employee lounges. $3,750.00

This makes the 9th matching Alipine building for your parks it's an old Alpine mill that has been converted into a shop and utility center with 4 store fronts and the lower walk way is set up for a toilet atm and employee center if needed. What's nice about mills like this they also make nice living quarters for the owners of the stores and plenty of storage area.

1st level Balcony where the store fronts are can easily hold several picknick tables just use the grid placement system for paths first then set in all the other stuff to make it work.

My appolgies though I forgot a chimney for it so that will be about the only update to make it complete in my eyes will do it today.

Whitesider I had to add those little details as the whole purpose of this set of buildings was to create a little Alpine Vilage area to the park and I pictured it as the entire town working to make it all work and blend into each other and turn an old town into a profitable new enterprise for them all with the amusment park.

Can't have a good food buisiness without some cooking and smoke too! LOL
