A bit easy, but we all love bounce gel. As for the swinging frame piece, it doesn't seem to look right when it keeps swinging. You could try having the object parented by a NoDraw func_physbox that's set up to have a hinge pin through it, set it to sleep mode, and when triggered to wake, it will swing but slowly come to rest.
