BIO:
The Kestrel II Dreadnought II is a combat overhaul and upgrade of the Kestrel II Dreadnaught, which is a complete overhaul of the Kestrel I Battleship. The age of the ship was old, but it was built very well and is very efficient with its agility and power for its size, with fire power to boot. Though the DN II rolling off the construction yard 4 years ago, has NOT seen an upgrade package since. The direction that weapons where taking it the waring universe, the Kestrel became a target to inefficiency in weapons and maintenance. It was clear that its single and double layered hull was not enough to stop enemy Kinetic energy munitions such as gravity spears; More advanced missile systems and more effective warheads from over the 4 years. Nick named the K2DN2.

Inovations/upgrades:
The upgrade adds innovations brought in by the private military contractor (PMC) known as the Central Reseach Indevelopment (CRI) giving the K2DN2 better fitting armor in some locations, reinforced armor in some locations, implementing its Explosive Reactive Armor concept (ERA) to some locations under full and reinforcing the back plate of those sections, added Supplementary 30in armor plating to some locations, and simple 4in absorbing plating in locations as well.
It was refitted with a new Environment Enhancement Crew System (EECS) in the form of o2 tanks, generators, better vents, and new door sections.
Also needed for new era combat, CRI has fitted the K2DN2 with airtight hangar doors to keep out unwanted visitors.
The Main Hangar Bay (MHB) has been up-armored and up-armed as well to prevent crash damage or intruders, it has also been made aslightly bigger and more spacous for larger ships.
The ammo and storage areas of the ship have been completely up-armored as well in related sections.
The side engines where very exposed and are targeted quite easily by experienced crews on the enemy's ships, so we took the liberty of building slat armor (not slant) to cage off incoming missiles and munitions, but this armor is not protective against Kinetic weapons and is not strong enough to take multiple High explosive weapons to the armor, but it is something rather than nothing protection the engines.
All of this aimed to make the ship last longer, and to strike fear that an attack would have no effect on the ship.
To aid with the turning times, we have installed Laser Antennas across the ship (not too many, not too few) as it is a dreadnaught and we wish to make it able to remotely control drones or link with other ships and/or bases at the same time.

Weapons:
Now, The weapon systems have been completely redone to address the new age of combat. The weapon systems used before where effective, but not efficient. This weapon system upgrade also adds on automated non-fixed 900mm side cannons and removing the fixed 92mm missile barges. The weapon systems have been swapped out for a more accurate 30mm CIWS for closing in targets such as people or missiles, added 20mm small ship chain guns to rip fast movers apart, 40mm multi-purpose quad barrel cannons to combat larger small ships and up more efficiantly, 300mm Anti-large ship tri-cannons, 300mm fixed gun ports in the upright and downright facing positions to target ships overhead or bottom, 900mm primary batterys for targeting larger ships such as destroyers and battleship and capital ships, then the front facing 950mm fixed batteries for the first shot supprise attack before the turret systems kick in.
The switch to this was generally to reduce the consumption needed to fire all 321 weapon ports on the DN I. (and also because it lagged bad). The 224 weapon ports use more kinds of ammo, but less of it in all. As the weapon systems will do more damage to the target(s). Though, not able to snipe targets anymore, it is now more designed to fight head on like the battleship of its kind it was originally developed from.

Managment, thrust, and agility:
The power consumption of the ship's 5 Ion Titan thrusters have yielded power errors in its systems and waste power in an idle stance (standby mode, not moving). Such old engines are not as efficient as what the CRI can bring to the table. In addition, there was no reserve or backup thrusters. So the following has been implemented: Removed the x5 Titan Engine systems. Replaced with x4 Industrial Ion thrusters to complement the x18 other Industrial Ion thrusters as primary thrust instead of using it as support thrust. added x2 Hydrogen cluster engines designed and used for efficiency of the CRI, (x8 small hydros fitted around x1 large hydro engine=x1hydro cluster), to top it off we added Wartime Emergency Thrust or WET. these additional Ion thrusters can, when added to the other engine's combined thrust, will give more push then the x5 titans that where being used. there are x6 of these on the main thruster clutter. (these are all engines for the back). WET has also been added to the front for stopping the ship and performing maneuvers, the like. These WET engines are shielded till the blast doors are opened and the WET engines are turned on manually.
If anything wrong ever happens when the weapon systems look to be not working, or the ship cant limp away. Jump drives have been installed in the wings for use in standard and emergancies.
The ship has been fited with x6 large shield generators and x4 of them have been fitted with upgrades. this is to help with survivability!

Other:
new complete additions to the ship come in its new, Computer servers for upgraded auto targeting, new A.I. ship assistant system, Cryo room.

Like the original Kestrel, the Kestrel II is heavily inspired by the Amarr Apocalypse from EVE

there shouldnt be. ill be glad to try and fix them. but not till we know if its an addon issue or a compatibility issue. addon issue first... on the addon end, not the player end

Alright I have found the cause of the Sage Thruster issue, for some reason it has a few errors (5).

Yeah I am not seeing the ships primary engines either and I have the sage thruster mod installed

The turrets have limited treverse its like the flank batteries.

I usually don't like the idea of a turret on the front of a ship, but if you don't want more mods, you should go with your previous ideas.
