Modular Street System

Description

If you like this mod, please rate, favorite and comment. It keeps me from losing interest in the game because I know that my work is appreciated. Thank you.

This is a modular street system for use in wargaming & roleplaying.

Contains a variety of pieces to design your street system as you need it.

Collision has been optimised so that figures and vehicles can be placed in the street without much hassle.

Need a street in a different setting? No problem! These models can take any seamless texture! Just use google and apply it to the street parts via right click -> custom and put the link into the diffuse slot to create arabesque streets, medieval european streets or modern asphalt streets.

In this mod are also special terrain tiles to help create maps with both roads and unpaved terrain.

Please keep in mind the following!
- Donations will result in no kind of obligations from me to you. You are not buying any items or services.
- This money will not be used to buy any kind of drugs, alcohol, cigarettes or other narcotics. It will be used to finance my hobbies.

UPDATE1: Dirt Roads! Includes a "dirt curb" to create the stripe in the middle of the road that wheeled vehicles leave.

UPDATE2: 3D Dirt and 3D Water! The 3D dirt is meant to be put onto the road tile and below the pavement and curb. The 3D Water can be used in a variety of ways. You can rescale the tile to cover larger areas and the wave height can be determined by scaling it along the Y axis.

UPDATE3: Diagonal pieces! You can now make diagonal roads. The tiles are fully compatible with the normal ones.

UPDATE4: Added rough terrain tile, makes creating large terrain areas easier because you can use gizmo to push these into each other without having to fear flickering.

UPDATE5: Long overdue but finally here: The round corner piece! I also fixed and finalized the large round corner and added half tiles for even more creative freedom!

UPDATE6: I added Slushy's Change URL Tool since it is perfect to help producing large amounts of tilesets.

Want to see a particular piece to be added? Drop a comment and it might soon appear in an update!

kevinjohnson95, you should enable a grid on your table with the same settings as here. If you need to resize them, then you habe to experiment with the grid size a bit until it's right.

Question, how do you get the tiles to stick together?

Can you add a model thats just a single tile? basically just the straight tile but only one side of it.

Fixed the texture link and added diagonal tiles!

Got it, will fix that in the next update, working on diagonal pieces now. For now, use a different texture if possible. As I wrote in the description, my tiles can take any seamless texture, so the ones I provided are just meant as examples to spark imagination.
