Asteroid Processing

Description
Size: Medium. Average Lenght: 1.5 Hours. A small to medium sized asteroid processing station with gravity flows carrying rocks (and whatever else is thrown into the gravity flow) into the lava pit. Since you can just throw everything into the gravity flow and it'll automatically be lead into the lava pit, cleaning is pretty easy here. Also plenty of explosives, Welders and J-HARMs to play around with.

Notes:
-Multiplayer is untested! The gravity flows may not work as well online.
-Use the big switch at the beginning of the level to reduce the amount of rocks coming in, if so desired (or if they cause any technical/multiplayer issues).
-BUG: Switch to reduce rocks spawning in does not work properly after loading a save.
-TNT sticks and the iron mops count as trash. Make sure to remove them.
-There's 3 big switches each near a pipe that spawns TNT upon use.
-Touch the console with the purple-colored screen to spawn additional J-HARMs which will appear from the centre/middle tunnel.

Hi, I made a drawing about this map. Care to have a look?
(I know it looks god-awful. So feel free to talk sxxt about it.)

Awesome map! Very creative and fun! Loved the layout and the detail in the map was phenomenal! Nice stacking challenge too! Great work! Thank you!

So far one of my favorite custom levels. I wish it was more levels using gravity so well like that level

Uh, wow. Didn't realize i left like, a few outside the map. That's kinda problematic, yeah, if they aren't just static props anyway (which won't count against your score, since they're like the walls, a static level part).

Gonna have to look at that at some point probably, yeah. Though i'd imagine by default the few pre-stacked crates/barrels and doing a 100% clean of the level should nullify the score-down from the mops, and get you a 100% or higher? Even moreso if you stack all the other crates into their relevant zones.

Can't believe I never tried this map until now, even thought I've had it installed for ages. For some reason I assumed I had already played it, I guess the name sounded kind of similar to some of the other fan-made levels...
Anyway this was an amazing map. You definitely outdid yourself with this one. I especially loved the ability to just stick everything into the gravity stream and have it ferried back to the incinerator pool (although I didn't figure out I could do that until I was more than halfway done, when a Chinese food box fell out of one of my bins and I couldn't figure out where the hell it went) instead of having to lug it back through the narrow corridors.
One issue, though:
-"TNT sticks and the iron mops count as trash. Make sure to remove them."
There are two of those metal mops outside of the map right next to the locked "door" next to the punchomatic along with some other stuff. If those count as "trash" then they're impossible to deal with where they are.

Oof haha, but thats great to hear that you could fix it. Big props for fixing it so quickly!
CarThief  [author] 17 Feb, 2019 @ 3:42am
Hm, i think it's fixed now. Removed all the non-usable rock types, sadly, this limits it to just one rock type which is spawned in small and big sizes. Something about the other rock models suddenly not being movable/usable anymore since a Viscera update, oddly enough.

Sure was a pain to update though, having to wait 1.5 hours as my computer slowed to a crawl during the light-building part... (And that was on the MINIMAL settings!)
Ah well, some good but low-tech games help pass the time during that... :P
