Fake Heavy Turret

Not really needed since we got Inactive Turrets, but I thought it still looked cool.
Be sure to lower it down enough so the lower part won't be seen.

Polygons: 70,270 (The Inactive Heavy Turret has 3,046 Polygons.)

I've added the polygon count, thanks for noticing.

It's easier to use inebled turret then this full of complexity asset groupe.
Atleast show the groupe polygon count.
