lust did 8 ice baths this morning. My focus
unmatched, my libido never ending... Food is
not important, when your testosterone levels
are 2000% increased because of ice baths.
My dopamine is also at a 300% increase, I feel
so good that I have to put my self in bad
situations, else I get head aches because I
feel so good, I also don't need to go to the
toilet anymore my body naturally burns off
everything so efficiently that there is no
waste... I am transcending this plane of
existence on a molecular level. All because of
having 8 ice baths each morning
