game is extremely unbalanced, takes 0 skill unlike T7, its a mash fest. run ur agrro and dont let ur opponent do ♥♥♥♥ and when they get an opening GUESS WHAT...USE HEAT, legacy characters like bryan are extremely weak compared to to new characters and some legacy characters are extremely broken like king, broken heat smash, 50/50 heat engager, bryan has no tracking or natural homing moves unlike most characters that have insane tracking and homing strings. then there's pluggers... ranked is infested with ppl that play victor,drag,lili, azu , and jun, that pretty much have the entire stage as their attack range they get tekken king or tekken emporer and think they're good when they have literal 0 fundamentals and just mash but i guess it works. playing characters like lee and bryan is like playing a nerfed version of t7 bryan and slightly easier execution for lee, steve was even worse just got buff now hes a stance mixup character same with jin which takes away all the fundamentals that were needing in T7. like i said the game is just mash fest. Tekken 7 is much better and more ppl should be playing t7 still instead of this garbage.

game is great, its super grindy but and not new player friendly but if u have friends that can help u get started or do a ♥♥♥♥ ton of research and get past the grindyness its super fun, the trading market is full of dumbass but if u understand the trading market its ez to make plat.

Unless u wanna constantly get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i suggest not playing this game. Way too many characters are broken and overpowered and super cheesy and "cheap" for example the character marduk is absolute aids, but ppl say "just lab him bro" yeah try labbing marduk lmao ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiots u cant lab marduk his tackle mixup is insanely broken and damn near impossible to predict, same goes for king, hwoarang and Lei oh and characters like nina and anna are also pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ oh did i mention Leroy and Negan? They're some honest characters in this game but no one plays them at beginner level or intermediate level, such as, Bryan, kazuya, Jin, Kazumi, Miguel, Lee, devil jin, heihachi, Dragunov, Lars, Steve, Shaheen, Armor king, and Jack 7. Any character i didnt just mention is a cheesy character maybe not to the extent of characters like marduk, Lei, leory and negan but very close, claudio, asuka Lili, alisa, and Leo and are almost honest characters but they have just a few moves or something about them that makes them cheesy but just not as bad. everyone that plays this game that is beginner to intermediate level players ONLY want ez wins so what do they do? they play cheesy characters, I rarely ever see a bryan player or a kazuya player in red ranks or lower, anyone that doesnt play this game at HIGH level plays a cheesy character making it extremely difficult for newer or casual players to enjoy the game cuz they are getting button mashed or cheesed by king, marduk, lei negan and so on. i can tell when ppl have a rank purely because a character is carrying them, i mean if u cant block snake edge in red ranks and u dont sidstep and 0 movement skills its pretty obvious that ur trash and win because a certain character or certain move or ur button mashing or spamming one move now there's nothing wrong with playing those characters it just means that ppl that actually want to enjoy the game and not just get ez wins to convince themselves or others that they're good have to put a lot more time and effort. I honestly dont understand what ppl enjoy about playing cheesy characters, how do u enjoy playing the game knowing that one move is carrying you and knowing u have no skill at the game?

Game is fun with friends but a lot sweaty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ face campers but still fun
