I am nearing the end of the game but I thought I should write a review now.
This is by far one of THE best HL2 mods I've ever played, with one of the craziest concept.
The Level Design and Soundtracks are top notch, the weapons feel amazing, Combat is well balanced and fun, and so far the story is also pretty good.
The Voice Acting is very good and I gotta say, Miami has the best soundtracks in the game along with the best overall level design and combat encounters.
I really do recommend this mod a lot

edit: I have just finished the mod and my opinion hasn't changed, however the Boss FIght at the end wasnt too great but still fun
