Pros...
Great story and writing
Allows you to mod your weapons (This wasn't present in Fallout 3)
Most interesting factions of all the games I've played
Characters treat you as another wastelander, and not as a hero.
Better companion controls
Has the good boy Rex

Cons...
Outdated graphics
Crashes and gets stuck in loading a lot
Kinda buggy
