1WO Thomas Tham seems to have an over obsession with injects, to the point where it becomes a detriment to the overall exercise. His number of injects on the bridging engineers caused hours of delays for the FB provost deployment. And on the next day when our actual deployment work is over, he still insists on performing injects for us without consideration that it was literally the hottest point of the day and that we have also just been deployed for almost a full day, others even more. While injects are definitely part of training, I feel that their place should be mostly during component training, and maybe a couple during exercise proper, so that the exercise goal itself isn't completely overshadowed by them. They should also think of giving soldiers an admin break during the hottest point of the day, and then continue the injects if needed afterwards in the evening when it's cooler.

To parents who are on the fence, imagine how your child would feel if all of their hard work and notes were deleted away suddenly in the final stretch of an exam that determines the trajectory of their lives because of the actions of others. Remember that this tragedy could have been avoided under better leadership and decisions.

Let this become an issue for the election. Write to your MPs and demand for answers and solutions from them. Have this issue make it to the national debates. Not just for your child/relatives but also for the voices of students who are unable to speak for themselves.

Why do we need Mayors, why do we have this partisan organisation called PA that pretends to be non partisan, why are government scholars fast tracked if they are so intelligent let them fight in the level playing field, why do we pay politicians such huge salaries when literally no other country does this , why do you have a civil service that thinks it's a failure if they fail to spend their entire budget, why do we have so many foreign talents doing jobs that anybody can do, why are you allowing bicycles on the road breaking laws and is a danger to everyone including themselves, why do you allow e Bicycles to drive on the road tax free and so dangerously, why did Singapore give up on community policing, why do you allow people to continue to own HDB flats when they already moved to a private property
