The Game:
I have been playing Sea of Thieves for a long time now, and I honestly can't remember a time when I've binged a game more. In this game you go around in your boat collecting treasure with your friends or just by yourself. You can also do a number of quests and voyages, some are more story based and some are about getting money and earning levels with the trading company's. You will also encounter other crews of players out on the sea and many will try to sink you.

Tips For New Players:
It can definitely be intimidating to start off with as a new player but its all part of the learning process. You will definitely sink, and you will definitely lose your treasure, part of the game is just accepting that. Something I think all new players need to know is that this game has no rules. If someone sinks you they aren't trying to be toxic. If someone steals all your treasure, it sucks, but its a pirate game. Just don't let it ruin your experience of the game.

Experience:
One thing that can be a bit annoying, and really refreshing at the same time, is that there really isn't any huge advantage that other players have over you, or you them. This is something that you don't see in a lot of games that are as heavily focused on PvP, as Sea of Thieves. Don't get me wrong, it can be incredibly annoying and can seem unfair, especially for new players. But in my opinion, in the long run, It makes PvP and the game in general SO much more enjoyable. For example, Imagine your in a fight and you win, but you know the only reason you won is because you had something the other person didn't, you had a strong advantage over them. The satisfaction of winning is severely diminished because of that. Now imagine you are in a fight where you and your opponent are on even footing, neither you or the other person has any advantage. If you win that fight you are going to be much more satisfied and happy about your win. Now this doesn't give you or anyone else the right to be toxic and trash talk other people, because your "better than them", because that's not necessarily true. Keep that in mind.

Wrapping Up:
If PvP is not your thing this game might not be for you. But for a game that's so focused on PvP, it is a surprisingly relaxing game. There are definitely funny moments and with recent updates there's no shortage of things to do on the Sea of Thieves.

I give this game five doubloons out of five.

Early Access Review
This game is really good. I've been playing it for quite awhile now and I really enjoy it. Being a survival game it is one of the more difficult games out there but it still manages to be fun, and its not like your fighting things all the time. I would highly recommend this for anyone who's looking for a relaxing survival game. The game is beautiful and I think the different biomes are very well designed. Overall this is a great game and I would recommend playing it.
