Femboy Bangers - Pub and Grill (Femboy Bangers) is, without a doubt in my mind, the greatest video game I have ever played. No, Femboy Bangers is *more* than that. Femboy Bangers changed my life. Let me set the stage:
From the very moment I laid eyes on this game's store page, I knew deep in my heart there was something special about it: the name. Many games are deceptively vague with their titles: Doom, Super Mario Bros, Pacman; these names tell you nothing about the game itself. What is Doom? What goes on in the world of Pacman? Who *are* the Super Mario Bros.? Yes, one common issue many games share is that their titles aren't descriptive in the slightest. Femboy Bangers - Pub & Grill usurps *all* of these titans, by providing a game title that *immediately* makes you aware of what this game is and what its world is like.
But, let's move on to the gameplay, shall we? Femboy Bangers is a "Visual Novel". Some may not like this decision or even this type of game but, I beg to differ. A good visual novel can immerse you into its world like no other. Showing you people, places, events, all from the perspective of how you'd see them if you were there. Now, you might ask at this point, "why not a first person shooter, then?". And to that, while I agree that being able to shoot your ♥♥♥ from your ♥♥♥♥ as if it were a gun would be more immersive, I feel that a more complicated gameplay style would take away from the sex appeal of this game. It's difficult for one to pleasure themselves while controlling cameras and player movement orplatforming and so on! With a visual novel, you need only one button to progress through the gameplay, keeping one hand free for any "activities" you might get up to with a game like this. A visual novel, truly, is the only form this game could've existed in, and allows it to be more immersive throughout than any other game I've ever played.
However, that says nothing of the astounding worldbuilding at play.
When you start the game, you're put in the shoes of an average Joe whom you can name after yourself (furthering the immersion). For the sake of simplicity, I'll refer to this man as "Joe" henceforth. Joe Henceforth starts the game on the way to his workplace, when you decides to visit a pub your old friend told you about. We never get to meet this friend sadly, so I'd love it if a sequel or potential prequel showed this unnamed friend's experience with the diner before you arrived there. Anyway, you head to the pub and meet the first femboy you'll meet on this adventure: Riley. Riley is a perfect introduction character. His chipper demeanor and welcoming attitude makes you excited to keep playing and, if you're one of the more dom-sided players of this game, excited to play with *him*. His silky, red hair shines elegantly off the morning sun the pub is so eloquently bathed in. His green eyes sparkle with delight, and a noticible bulge below his waist implies he's a bit more excited to see you than the average bartender. He playfully takes your coat, seats you at a table, and it develops from there.
I won't spoil the whole story, but it was important for me to establish just the kind of person Riley is: *everything* about him makes you eager, excited to keep playing and see what's in store. Worry not though, there's *plenty* in store for both you *and* Riley. I won't spoil them, but rest assured the sex scenes in this game trump those in any other game. They last for just long enough and, if you really wanna edge through it, you can go at your own pace advancing through the dialog. Yet another strength of the visual novel format! Now, I'm certain some of you are on the fence still. So far, the only Femboy in this game I've mentioned is submissive: is this truly a game only doms can enjoy? Nay, for there's hope, my friends; and it all comes together in the game's second chapter.
Shortly after meeting Riley, we are introduced to her manager, whose scowling eyes at the clumsy Riley establish a unique air of authority (one I found especially attractive). This is all we see of her in act 1 though. Our protagonist returns to the establishment later that day, kickstarting the second chapter of this game. We meet a new character here, Alex. Clearly, he knows about what happened with Riley the day before, and his appearance and demeanor only serve to accentuate his startling knowledge about your earlier musings: his fishnet stockings lend him a certain air of dominance which Riley simply lacked in all sorts, his smug pose gives the impression of looking down on you, the squint of his purple eyes suggest a hint more mischievousness than his peer. Yes, this Femboy is a dom. There is no doubting that. It'd be shameful of me to spoil what happens from here but, rest assured I think anyone would be incredibly enticed by it.
The game's third act is too good for me to go into, so I guess you'll have to figure that out for yourself. Rest assured though, it is by far the most memorable part of this game, and a section I'm always eager to get to on every playthrough of mine. I'll end this review off by reiterating what I said at the beginning:

If you like doms, this game has them. If you like subs, this game has them, and for only a dollar? I can't think of a reason *not* to play this game. Femboy Bangers excels in immersion, character design, development of its themes, writing, and many many more fields. Femboy Bangers is an experience with the potential to unite all of humanity, and I wholeheartedly wish for a sequel where we can see more of these characters and their lives and relationships and dynamics with each other, as I was completely captivated by all of them the whole way through. I wholeheartedly recommend Femboy Bangers for everyone. 5/5.
