I'm lowkey obsessed with this game. All the characters are so interesting and I'm in love with most of them. The skill trees are very vast and I feel like I learn more about how the game works each time. Now to try and get every possible ending! If I can lol

Genuinely my favourite game of all time. I played this game when it was a CD and had to change disks between the normal game and the Titans edition. Finding this game sent me back to being 7 and sending my villagers to hunt for food, to return later and see a bear has killed them all. 10/10.

Pros:
- good range of units which have diff strengths/weaknesses
- the style of creatures and buildings are cool, espec. as they change when they get upgraded
- campaign mode is fun, pretty simple and it explores different mythologies quite naturally
- made 30 phoenixes on one map and it still ran really well
- watching Amanra jumped over an enemy wall and kill herself is infinitely funny

Cons:
- graphics; it's an old game, the remaster is def better than the OG version when it was a CD
- can lag at points (as mentioned, it still stands up pretty good, only bad if there's a LOT happening)
- hate Kastor. Don't really know why.

tl;dr - definitely worth the price. had hours of fun. the story is compelling enough to care about the characters whilst making wacky armies
