First of all, I am a kinda survival game lover, I was playing Forest, Conan Exiles and something else. I didn't play this game before its formal release, so some bugs you guys mentioned that I actually barely encounter. For me, it is a decent survival game with 3A level graphics(Max setting) and from my perspective, this game at least worth 8/10 in the survival game category(Ver. 1.1). I can see you guys put a lot of effort on some details, like the footprint, Atmosphere, Snow, lighting, follower's activities, and some narrative behind those followers and our protagonist.
I hope you guys all doing great and keep working on improvement. Btw, I can see that your Publisher THQ literally put less effort on Advertisement and Promotion, LOL. Because the first time I saw and heard this game was on its release date through the Steam News page. I searched this game on Google and hard to find some news, fewer related video views on Youtube and even hard to find a trainer(Ver. 1.1), Alright this is just joking. Below are my suggestions for this game.

- Could add more interaction with your followers, like get them together to play a poker game and increase their happiness. Or Attack training, Archery competition and etc.
- More Melee Weapons with different attack methods.
- Allow player to set a torch on sledge. It is too dark at the night when sledding.
- More clothes(outfit) could choose. Or allow player to change outward.
- Add more style of monsters and more attack methods but not just change the color.
- Diversify your followers and allow the Player to control them in single mode. (like make one follower better at fighting, for instance, this follower could attack double speed than yourself or cost less stamina than yourself but also you can add some weakness like less on defense or less movement speed or even easy to hungry. So you can control him to fight some difficult monster instead to risk life yourself) Or, allow the player to build a weapon for them and could change their outfit.
- Please improve the Co-op mode network. It never worked for me and my friend.

At last but not least, some marketing advice.

- Ask your Publisher to do more promotion on other channels.
- However, maybe it is hard to ask your Publisher to do more promotion I think you guys can add some latest function to attract some High Graphics lover since this game did a good job on its graphic, so what about making it better? Especially the lighting, like, add Ray-tracing? I am not a developer so I don't know if this is very hard for you guys, but if you guys can add a Ray-tracing (this game did a lot of work on lighting I can see that), well, you know there are just few games with Ray-tracing now, once you add it, you will easily get some attention without costing too much on promotion and advertisement(That means the players who had RTX series graphic cards would definitely buy this game since there are fewer games supporting ray-tracing and none of it is a survival game. This could be a gimmick but once they notice this game does has some potentials, it will be easily well-known).

Above are just my personal suggestions, some might not fit you guys expectation but I think some you guys can do, Anyway, I will keep looking at it.

------------------------REPORT BUGS AFTER PLAYED 18 HOURS-------------------------------

I did encounter some bugs that stop me playing this game.

- Followers will permanently disappear sometimes when you take them outside, especially it happened when you encountered a storm and started resting outside. This happened twice(At the second area, middle of the map). Which I lost 2 followers during the exploring. This is the worst bug that I can't bear it.

- Dogs would be disappear sometimes when sledding but It didn't affect your speed.

- Sword would be stuck during the fighting and you can't draw or swing in some cases.
