Starting over what a drag. SCS download of Scandinavia DLC is full of issues. Once issues are resolved on my computer I will update on steam. I do not want the same problems on steam that my computer download is having. Will they EVER fix it !!!

started from scratch again. no money from 33 million euro. all because DLC Scandinavia has issues.
