I'm a 64+-year-old Disabled United States Navy Veteran. I was a plane captain, In 1980 I sailed on a Indian Ocean Cruse onboard the USS America CV-66 Aircraft Carrier and became a Shellback. I also sailed onboard the USS Enterprise Aircraft Carrier. I was in the Navy from 1980 to 1984. I was Air Wing assigned to Attackron VA-95 The Green Lizards (A-6 Intruder Aircraft) out of Naval Air Station Whidby Island Oak Harbor Washington.

I'm looking for some people around my age (64) that want to play games, and can help me with setting up my controls in some games, especially DCS and Arma 3 Apex. LOL

GAMES I PLAY & CONTROLLERS USED

Controllers I'm using in DCS are: Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog Stick and Throttle, Thrustmaster TPR rudder peddles and two Cougar MFD displays. On 28 October 2024 I ordered the Virpil Rotor TCS Plus Collective Bundle with the Dual SF for flying the AH64 Helicopter.
I play Digital Combat Simulator the most.

I'm learning how to play Arma 3 Apex, but its hard to learn without help..
I bought the Steam Controller 6 years ago to use with Arma III Apex, but as of 28 October 2024 I still have not figured out how to install or set it up.

If anyone would like to help me to set things up in DCS, or Arma 3 Apex, just leave me a message.

Like I stated, I'm totally disabled. My computer is my only connection to people and the world outside of my home. I'm always looking for someone to play DCS with that can work with me to figure out settings and enjoy the games.
I loved playing with my cousin, but sadly he passed away and now I have no one to play games with. I can not guarantee I can play on a schedule as I never know what kind of pain I will be in each day, so I only play when I'm not in much pain, and can get to my computer.
