Second of all, blowing up bridges will not stop our military as we have pantoon crossings, so that wont be a problem for our army. This will however be a problem for the ukrainian logistics, because they wont be able to send heavy-duty trains, which can carry thousands of tons worth of amunition, vehicles, fuel etc.
