Save The Queen should teach Full Life, Holy and Protect Girls. It's normal if Beatrix doesn't have access to (all of) her Seiken abilities as soon as you control her. Possibly, some of her abilities should be available right off the bat without the need to learn them through equipments, but even if that's not the case, she can still learn her Seiken abilities with end-game weapons (Defender and stronger ones).

Quick update, I checked the Rune Blade and it also only had Iai Strike on it.

Hey, quick troubleshooting question. I saw someone ask it previously but they didn't get an answer. I'm using Beatrix-only and she doesn't have any of her seiken skills. I saw in the alternate fantasy item list that her k♥♥♥ht swords were all changed to have her abilities on them, but looking at Save The Queen, that doesn't appear to be the case from the jump. Is this an oversight or should I just keep playing and wait for other weapons with potential unlocks?

Oh my gosh I’m so sorry I didn’t mean for it to come across as a demand! I just have a weird discomfort thing with the big tongue they have and thought it would be cute to have them be a more traditional blue mage. I’m so sorry for offending >.<
