Buy this game if you enjoy Bugs.

As an old player of rainbow six siege with over 2000 hours I am warning you of this game and why you should not buy this game.

1.) Biggest fault of the game is that there are always constant bugs from joining a competitive game with 0 team mates along with finding a competitive game and not being able to join where it says I have found a match to play but does not let me join it to which I am punished for not joining back by getting a 30 minute matchmaking cooldown and a loss of elo which can be very frustrating. I understand that all games will have bugs but I find it to be a joke when a certain bug that ruins a players game experience will not be fixed for up to 3 months at a time because developers only care to add more content to the game so they can keep making a higher revenue count and not fixing game breaking bugs.

2.) Cheaters- Since the latest season of rainbow six siege has been released I have come against multiple cheaters which are boosting other players for money because those players obviously want a decent rank without putting the work in. Again I do understand all games will have cheaters but I never seen a more idiotic way of compensation to players that have come against cheaters in my entire life. The system claims if you do come across a cheater on the opposite team you will be refunded all your elo back but it is not as it seems. This season alone I have played at least 20 games against cheaters boosting players for cash where I have then lost a high amount of elo and have not been refunded my elo back otherwise there stupid system decides to remove even more elo from my account because "apparently" I was the player playing with cheaters on my team so I get punished for something I have not done but When I do come across cheaters I will never get my elo back because i get accused of the one being boosted. So I decided to contact Ubisoft's fantastic support to see if they could resolve this issue but a week after putting a support ticket in I was greeted by a support team and was instantly told there is nothing they can do because there amazing cheating system is server based so devs do not have the physical right to refund my elo back it is down to an idiotic computer system which does not work.

3.) Content- Back when i first got the game in operation velvet Shell I loved the game, everything was well balanced and fun but in recent years the developers are so lacked for content they have decided to come up with operations that involve no skill such as finka or lion where all you have to do as the operator is press a button and that is your job over and done with compared to operators like Buck or Zofia and Jackal you have to have skill to be able to use your ability.

4.) Maps- Today in the competitive map pool there are a handful of maps which are fairly well balanced and fun to play with the recent new maps I am finding them very un-balanced and not fun to play what so ever such as outback where it seems like 30% of the games I play are on that map which I despise and are not enjoyable.

Final thoughts:

Rainbow six siege used to be a good game but I do not like the direction the game is taking awarding players with no skill with rewards it does not make sense to me along with lazy new content to which Ubisoft now only seems to care about how much profit and revenue they can obtain from this game and not the players experience anymore.
