Don't know if it's just me, but booting the game up (AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT), and the game instantly freezes on title screen, with weird black screen tearing on the frozen screen. Tried reinstalling and verifying game files, but same issue persists.

The game builds shaders at the title screen so it may be causing issues for you depending on your CPU. Might just be a matter of letting it sit for awhile. Not sure if you saw but AMD also released new drivers yesterday for the game. I would do a clean install with them. During the installation under additional options there is a Factor Reset option which will do a clean install of drivers. That may help. Otherwise, I would recommend trying to use DDU and then install the new drivers.
