I absolutely loved this game!
But I must confess that it's my own stupid fault for taking so long before was able to fully get to grips with it.

When the game first started I was very impatient, I didn't listen to the tutorials or much of anything.
Because of my lack of relevant information I struggled a lot with pretty much everything, I simply thought to myself that because I've played loads and loads of dark Souls I'd just get this right away... How hard could it be?

But little did I realise that because I hadn't listened to anything, I didn't know how to level up my weapons or armour, so I got stuck on fighting little Johnny for ages and ages.
He killed me 53 times before I finally killed him, but it took me giving the game a break for a few months and when I returned I ended up eventually figuring out myself by accident how to upgrade and even craft my things.

I was trying to beat Little Johnny without any armour and with a mark 1 weapon, I feel so stupid looking back on it!
I'd only needed to figure out how to level up and decide which weapon suited me the best, that was it.

The whole "cut off body parts for upgrade material" aspect had completely slipped by me at the start but as soon as the penny dropped, I beat little johnny!
When I finally beat him the whole game opened up to me after that and so then I enjoyed the rest of the game constantly from then on out.

It's just a great game, they got the formula right this time.
Thanks for putting it on Steam as well!

now I'm on New Game++
