Right, so I want to go on record and say Ark is a fantastic game if you have time for it. It is a very time consuming game to play on the official servers. The time does decrease the more you have people working with you. So to make the game experience better for yourself, I recommend you get friends to play with because it will just add to fun and give you goals on what you want to accomplish. Sadly however, as the years of Ark have gone by, the community itself has gotten rather toxic and hardcore about things. Such as the "Alpha" tribes on each server going and "taxing" those new to the server to where the newcomers can get nothing worthwhile even done. I do think if you can look past the crappy people in the game, then it is overall one of the best games to play ever with friends despite the numerous glitches at hand. I can say though that you should buy this game on sale as to get all the DLC's available for it, that way you can pick and choose what map you wish to play on. Right then, so have fun getting chased by dinosaurs!
