This game is a huge let-down and a disgrace to all things MMORPG.

It has been 6 days since I am unable to use the matchmaking system in the game. My progress is halted. Cannot queue dungeons, raids, etc. And the most disturbing thing is that it is not addressed on any of the official channels.

I am also stuck on EU Central because there is no server transfer ticket, I can't transfer to EU West without losing my progress, my items, my Twitch drops. And what will happen if people on EU West reach level 50, will the same problems emerge there as well?

If I had to summarize my experience over my 90 hours I could do it in 2 words: UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT.
I am also baffled by the fact that without aura I cannot repair my gear in abyssal dungeons - after 3 hours (this is not an exaggeration) of spamming the matchmaking button SOMETIMES we can get into a dungeon.

I am so glad I didn't buy any of the of founders pack because all of the founders were robbed without any compensation or official statement. DISGRACE.
