It's a decent NSFW game, and the framing device of playing pinball is a fun one, but there isn't much depth to the system. It seems like there's going to be updates, but Elf Pinball wears thin after about half an hour of play. The physics are very floaty and bouncy in a way that makes playing the game difficult in an unenjoyable way. The main way to build up score is to get the girls to climax by completing table objectives and hitting them with the pinball. DO NOT GET THIS GAME IF YOU DON'T ENJOY SUGGESTIVE VIOLENCE.

There is no reward for 'beating' the table - by which I mean doing all the objectives - beyond progressively lewder imagery. Even that's up to a point, however - the pink elf has to be stripped naked and then have bodywriting written on her, and the blue elf which serves as the table's 'second chance' gimmick has even less points of stripping/interaction. After exhausting the table objectives, I was expecting to be put into an eroge-like minigame inside the pinball table, but no - the reward is simply higher and higher values of 'coins', which can then be used to unlock additional items for use on the board. The problem is that the game never tells you how to use these items.

You can also use your coins to pay for the sexual interaction part of the game - such as licking the girls, groping them, and other sexual acts. This is fine, but again, it feels weird to have these sections detached from the main gameplay of pinball. The game shines in the audio and visuals. The sound of the pinball impacting against flesh, with the sounds and expression the girls make as a result, makes for a very exciting experience. Again though, it suffers from a lack of clear 'end'.

Elf Pinball isn't a bad game or experience, but do be aware the novelty wears thin rather quickly. At least of the time of this review, I can't recommend getting the game at retail price.

Very good review.
The game is really expensive, but at least it's not trash that doesn't require any effort.
