I reccomend this to anyone who is competitive or even if you play for fun!
Reasons to buy:
1. Badass weapon skins created by the community.
2. A challenging Multiplayer
3. good DLC that can be released (like operation vanguard)
4.Really cool knives!
5. Cause I said so!
Down sides:
Knives if you want to buy them they cost up to $400-$500.
Some hackers here and there but not many.

Over-all this game is one of many amazing games on steam.
