Please allow me to ask a very silly question: how do I get started on learning how to make a simple mod for Skyrim? What I mean is, is there a freeware or utility available for people to accomplish this task? Long.ss time ago, I attempted to make a map for RB^ Ravenshield game but it was hella tedious and time consuming thing so I gave up. Have things improved?
