Honestly, the Half-Life universe is so diverse, that it's almost irresistible for fans to create their own stories to fit into the lore. Portal Stories: Mel is one of those games; narratives that brings so much quality.

As a game, there are two modes of playing: A simple story mode, fun and charming, and then the Advance mode that adds a few extra elements into existing test chambers for those who would like a bit more fun. There is enough in there to get a lot out of; the standard, enjoyable formula

The sound track is just lovely in this game, very reminiscent of the official Portal games. I found the voice acting to be spot on; it never gets annoying, and we see character development through ample expression

Over all, even if you have a minute interest in the Portal games, play this game. It is well worth the time and experience. Hats off to you, Prism Studios
