Before anything id like to say this is hands down one of my favorite games to date.
The best part is that there is a ton of different play styles, whether you want to get in the sh*t as a grunt or run supplies as a logistics driver/pilot. If you ever wanted to try taking charge as a squad leader or commander there's tons of friendly new player learning servers to join with 'mostly' great communities.
8 out of 10 times i play i never run into any toxic players but as with any game these days its bound to happen occasionally.
Along with the friendly communities, most servers are apart of a group that all play together and help people learn how to play. They also usually run events like 1 life games to add to the immersion.
Next id like to talk about the sound effects, which is one of my favorite parts about this game. It really does sound like the real thing, it doesn't even compare to other titles. When you're crawling through the sand trying to find some cover when artillery is landing all around you and bullets are going over your head as adrenaline is pumping. It really is hard to put into words and is something id highly recommend to experience. (best with headphones or surround sound)
The all time best part is the shenanigans that occur between your squad, iv had some of the best moments in my videogame life just standing at main base or riding in a transport truck f*cking around with the team.
The gameplay is amazing, from tanks to helicopters, its always action packed.
Long story short if you had to pick between this game or arma, id recommend this game, although my view is definitely bias due to my love for the game.
There's a bunch more things i could talk about to explain why it keeps me coming back, but my squad needs me now.
See you on the battlefield squadies.
