Extremely fun game to play, no doubt about it. But the lack of updates in the last half a year to focus on multiplayer only for them to announce multiplayer release in march 2023, about a year after the last major content update, is kind of a nail in the coffin. This game had a fairly large community and following, but the long wait has squandered it and I fear it may be quite dead by the time they actually release multiplayer. I feel regardless of level of polish, as soon as multiplayer was playable they should have allowed online play. According to the devs its been in alpha for at least a couple months now, and they won't open up any more access until january. I hope the game gets a good revival when multiplayer does finally launch, but a part of me feels it won't, and that they should have split their resources better into content as well to tide players over.

Edit: With full launch on the horizon adding the remaining planned masteries and multiplayer out of the way, along with a decent wave of hype, I'm glad to change this to a recommendation. I do wish they had prioritized finishing the story and masteries before multiplayer, but they are reaching the goal eventually either way.
