Great game, best thing about it is winning a ranked game with a great team, worst thing is losing a ranked game with a toxic team. Thats as simple as it gets.

Very, very steep learning curve and must remain fairly active to maintain skill level and meta. 100 hours~ to learn the basics and how the mechanics work, 2,000+ hours to become a good player (Ancient rank and above etc)

Hardest bracket to get out of is Crusader/Archon, so if you match in that then be prepared for a long haul, however playing as 5 is recommended as you'll enjoy it significantly more.

As an extra note - you may stop playing the game after a certain amount of time, however give it a short time and you'll still be active around dota 2 by watching videos/streams, so you never fully lose your commitment to it.

Hope this helps you all :)
